1. Receive customer inquiry, coordinate internal quotation and submit quotation to customer, and follow up customer feedback in time;


2. Assist the customer development process, including customer visits, customer reviews, etc.


3. Receive customer orders and conduct order review; follow up and coordinate the implementation progress of orders;


4. Responsible for after-sales service, including customer satisfaction survey, customer feedback or complaints, and arrangements for returning goods;


5. Assist financial and reminder payment to ensure the completion of the return target;


6. Regular and irregular visits to customers, improve problems and improve customer satisfaction


7. Conduct communication between departments, improve customer information, and collect data from the department.
